• Reading My Number Card:
  - Please hold the card over the smartphone until reading completes. Practice indicates that readings are more accurate away from metal surfaces; kindly move the card and smartphone off metal desks. • - The signature password requires 6-16 alphanumeric characters; the user authentication PIN is strictly a 4-digit number.
